[摘要] 目的 探讨股骨近端解剖型锁定接骨板治疗外侧壁薄弱的老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法 方便选取2012年1月—2016年1月该院收治的50例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象，患者均以股骨近端解剖型锁定接骨板进行治疗，观察术后管着关节功能恢复情况。结果 患者手术时间80.4 min，平均出血量178.6 mL，切口均一期愈合，骨折平均愈合时间为4个月，全部患者术并发症发生率0%，末次随访，关节功能恢复优良率96.0%。结论 以股骨近端解剖型锁定接骨板内固定治疗外侧壁薄弱型老年股骨粗隆间骨折，愈合率高、并发症少、关节功能恢复好，值得推广使用。
