[摘要] 目前医患矛盾日趋尖锐，医学鉴定(医疗事故技术鉴定、医疗损害鉴定)在处理医疗纠纷中的作用举足轻重，而颈部手术中患者喉返神经损伤也屡见不鲜，为了给鉴定工作中出现类似案例提供参考，该文以手术中患者出现喉返神经损伤为出发点，通过不同损伤情况，剖析因果关系，建立喉返神经损伤的鉴定路径。
