[摘要] 目的 分析老年肺结核的临床特点与治疗效果，为提高老年结核病的诊治水平提供参考。方法 方便选取2012年2月—2014年3月该院收治的新发、初治老年结核病患者120例，回顾性分析患者的临床表现、实验室检查、X线胸片检查与治疗总有效率。结果 120例老年肺结核患者治疗总有效率为81.7%。结论 老年肺结核临床表现不典型，且合并症较多，因而提倡个性化治疗，以提高治疗效果。
