[摘要] 目的 探讨分析创伤性膈疝的临床诊疗经验。 方法 方便选取回顾性分析该院自2011年1月—2016年1月收治的52例创伤性膈疝患者，根据患者的临床资料以及治疗方法，讨论创伤性膈疝的早期诊断及治疗。结果 就诊后12 h内确定诊断膈疝的患者41例(78.85%)，平均确诊时间(3.23±3.64)h；12 h以后确定诊断的为11例(21.15%)，平均确诊时间为(210±86)h；手术治愈47例，术后死亡3例，2例未手术。 结论 创伤性膈疝如不能早期明确诊断，后期常诊断治疗困难；充分认识膈疝不同时期的病理生理变化，动态观察患者临床及影像资料变化有助于早期明确诊断。
