[摘要] 目的 探讨对高龄冠心病合并心力衰竭患者使用新活素的临床效果。方法 方便选取该院高龄冠心病合并心力衰竭患者80例(2013年11月—2015年10月期间)，将其单双号编号分2组，40例为一组。对照组给予常规临床治疗，观察组再辅以新活素，对比2组效果。 结果 观察组LVEF平均值(47.62±9.01)%、NT-proBNP平均值(2 495.62±287.62)ng/L优于对照组，P0.05)。结论 新活素用于治疗高龄冠心病合并心力衰竭患者的效果可观。
