[摘要] 目的 分析手指钝性离断伤实施断指再植术的方法和效果。方法 方便选取该院于2014年1月—2015年12月收治的50例手指钝性离断伤患者作为研究对象，在显微镜下实施断指再植术，观察临床治疗效果。结果 患者断指再植完全成活40例(80.0%)、部分成活7例(14.0%)、失败3例(6.0%)，成功率为94.0%。结论 断指再植术应用在手指钝性离断伤中具有可行性，彻底清创、准确吻合并修复血管和神经组织，能够提高手术成功率。
