[摘要] 目的 探究双钢板内固定治疗股骨髁间C型骨折的临床疗效。方法 方便选取该院2014年10月—2015年10月收治的50例股骨髁间C型骨折患者作为研究对象，对其行双钢板内固定治疗术。观察患者治疗效果。结果 50例患者中，除1例患者出现感染症状外，恢复效果较差，其与患者恢复状况良好，并且治疗优良率为82.00%。结论 在对股骨髁间C型骨折患者的临床治疗中，双钢板内固定治疗方式具有较高的疗效，可以较好的恢复患者的身体机能，具有重要的应用价值。
