[摘要] 目的 探讨成年人胫腓骨骨折内固定术后护理措施。方法 整群选择该院2012年6月—2015年1月共120例成年人胫腓骨骨折的患者，这些患者均实施钢板或髓内钉内固定术，并在术后都得到系统的护理指导。 结果 所有的患者在术后都得到了随访，120例患者术后肢体功能恢复良好。 结论 对成年人胫腓骨骨折内固定术后的患者进行正确、恰当的护理，可以提高肢体功能优良率。
