[摘要] 目的 探讨羊水细胞培养在产前诊断中的应用价值。 方法 整群选取2010年5月—2015年10月在医院进行产前诊断的216例高危孕妇，给予羊膜穿刺和羊水细胞培养后分析染色体核型。 结果 所有孕妇穿刺成功率为99.1%，经过羊水细胞培养后，211例为正常核型，占97.7%，5例为异常核型，占2.3%。 结论 对孕妇进行羊水细胞培养在产前诊断中意义重大，可以预防先天性缺陷患儿的发生，提高新生儿质量，值得应用。
