[摘要] 目的 探讨宫腔镜诊治不规则子宫出血病因的临床价值。方法 整群选取2014年1月—2015年12月该院收治的266例子宫不规则出血行宫腔镜检查联合病理学检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果 子宫不规则出血的主要病因是良性病变和功能性内膜病变：宫腔镜诊断与病理诊断总符合率73.31%。结论 宫腔镜是子宫不规则出血病因诊断的最佳方法。

 [Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical value of hysteroscope in diagnosis and treatment of causes of metrorrhagia. Methods The results of 266 cases of metrorrhagia patients receiving hysteroscope examination and pathological examination admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The main causes of metrorrhagia were benign lesions and functional endometrial lesions， and the total coincidence rate of hysteroscope diagnosis and pathological diagnosis was 73.31%. Conclusion Hysteroscope is the best method of the diagnosis of causes of metrorrhagia.
