[摘要] 目的 探讨内镜下诊断及治疗大肠侧向发育型肿瘤(LST)的价值分析。 方法 整群选取于2011年9月—2014年9月期间该院接收的经镜检发现大肠侧向发育型肿瘤患者32例，对患者行粘膜下染色和放大肠镜观察其腺管开口类型，与病理结果进行对比，采用内镜下手术治疗，观察疗效。 结果 内镜下LST病灶大体分为假凹陷型、颗粒均一型、扁平隆起型、结节混合型，其中以结节混合型型占据比例最多，经放大内镜观察，34个病变的隐窝开口以ⅢL和Ⅳ型为主，比例分别为23.5%、58.9%。受内镜治疗的32个病灶，病灶切除干净术后无腹痛、穿孔并发症发生，创面愈合良好。术后随访，无复发病例。 结论 大肠LST内镜形态具有异性特殊性，LST治疗采取内定下黏膜切除术疗效可靠且安全，可达到根治目的。
