[摘要] 目的 探讨磁共振和64排螺旋CT对膝关节外伤的诊断价值对比。方法 选取65例于2014年10月—2015年10月期间该院接收的膝关节外伤患者，均行磁共振和64排螺旋CT扫描，观察两者的检查结果。结果 磁共振膝关节外伤检出率为98.5%高于64排螺旋CT的90.8%(P0.05)。结论 膝关节外伤采用磁共振和64排螺旋CT检查，均可有效诊断，但磁共振的诊断效能更佳。
