[摘要] 目的 探讨胸外伤并发气管破裂的诊断及其治疗方法。方法 整群选取于2012年7月—2015年9月在该院接受治疗的胸外伤并发气管破裂患者共21例。观察患者的临床表现，对所有患者均进行胸部CT检查，依据患者的具体病情实施对症治疗，治疗方法主要包括手术治疗与保守治疗。结果 所有患者接受手术后，痊愈率为90.5%，并发症发生率为14.3%，均未出现支气管胸膜瘘、脓胸等严重并发症。结论 对胸外伤严重的患者应及时进行确诊，给予相应的治疗，避免术后出现后遗症，保障患者的生命安全。
