[摘要] 目的 探讨基于Glisson蒂横断技术的精准肝叶切除在原发性肝癌患者手术中的运用。 方法 回顾性分析该院2010年1月—2015年1月53例采用Glisson蒂横断精准肝叶切除的肝癌患者资料。 结果 左外叶切除(Ⅱ+Ⅲ)8例，左半肝切除(Ⅱ+Ⅲ+Ⅳ)14例，右前叶切除(V+Ⅷ)4例，右后叶切除(Ⅵ+Ⅶ)6例，右半肝切除(Ⅴ+Ⅵ+Ⅶ+Ⅷ)21例，手术时间210±31.5 (110～370)min，失血量300±42.6 (100～500)mL，术后并发胆瘘2例，腹腔出血2例，经保守治疗后治愈。 结论 Glisson蒂横断技术的精准肝叶切除是减少肝癌患者手术并发症，提高手术治疗效果的一种有效方法。
