当前位置: 首页 期刊 《中外医疗》 2017年第36期 编号：13250728 脑积水致三脑室底前下疝的神经内镜治疗体会(1) http://www.100md.com 2017年12月25日 《中外医疗》 2017年第36期 脑积水致三脑室底前下疝的神经内镜治疗体会,三脑室底下疝,方法改进   [摘要] 目的 阐述神经内镜在脑积水三脑室底下疝治疗中的体会。方法 方便选取2012年5月—2015年3月该院收治的30例患者为研究对象，对其行内镜下三脑室底脚间池造瘘术进行治疗，观察经改造后的三脑室底造瘘方法的临床治疗效果。结果 随访10～36个月，28例有效，占93.3%；24例治愈，占80.0%；4例好转(症状明显改善)，占13.3%，脑室均有缩小，术后硬膜下积液1例，经过卧床补液治疗后自愈。结论 神经内镜用于脑积水三脑室底下疝的治疗效果较佳。

 [Abstract] Objective This paper tries to describe the experience of neuroendoscope in the treatment of hernia under the three ventricle of hydrocephalus. Methods 30 patients admitted to this hospital from May 2012 to March 2015 were convenient selected and enrolled in this study. The patients underwent endoscopic three-ventricle foot-hole pooling were treated. The clinical treatment of endoscopic three-ventricle fistula method was observed.
