[摘要] 肝脏活检术是对肝脏疾病性质的判断以及病变程度评估的金标准，这使得该项技术在临床实践过程中经常被应用，适应证范围和技术手段连同生化以及动态成像已经发展到可以评估弥漫性和局灶性肝病的肝脏功能及预后，然而，非侵入性技术的发展正在逐渐改变着临床医生使用肝脏活检术的方式。
