[摘要] 目的 探讨超声检查在急性阑尾炎诊断中的作用。方法 方便选取该院外科于2016年1月—2017年2月期间收治的42例经术后病理证实的急性阑尾炎患者为例，所有患者均在术前接受超声检查诊断。观察超声检查准确率，并就其超声表现展开分析。结果 经超声检查结果42例患者中确诊的有41例，误诊1例，准确率为97.62%。42患者中4例为单纯性阑尾炎、33例为化脓性阑尾炎、5例为坏疽阑尾炎，与术后病理结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。超声检查显示，患者阑尾肿大、呈腊肠样，根部与盲肠相连，短轴呈双环状，右下腹存在不均质液性包块。结论 超声检查可准确的诊断急性阑尾炎病情，根据声像图显示情况可间接判断急性阑尾炎的类型和病变程度，为手术治疗提供有效信息。

 [Abstract] Objective This paper tries to explore the role of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.
