[摘要] 目的 對前列腺切除术后患者出现泌尿生殖系感染的原因进行综合分析并找出临床防治策略。方法 方便选取该院2015年5月—2017年5月收治的88例行前列腺电切术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 14例(15.91%)术后发生泌尿生殖系感染，和留置尿管选择不合适、留置时间处理不当、手术过程中操作不规范以及护理工作未做到位等有关；14例患者给予对症治疗后均已经康复出院，未出现膀胱刺激症状。结论 对采取有效的相应的措施，对降低前列腺切除术后泌尿生殖系感染率是非常有帮助的，且能够促进患者尽早的康复。
