[摘要] 对近十年中医药治疗脑梗死相关文献进行归纳总结。从病因病机、辩证论治方面描述，中风中医病机与风、火、痰、瘀、虚、气有关，目前用于治疗的汤剂多为经方，针刺以电针、头针为主。中医药在治疗脑梗死方面疗效确切，值得临床推广运用。
