[摘要] 目的 讨论孕期宫颈功能不全宫颈环扎术治疗的临床效果分析。方法 该文方便选取该院2015年1月—2017年2月发生孕期宫颈功能不全的患者46例，在怀孕前以及孕期为12～25周时实行阴道宫颈环扎手术，分析实行阴道阴道宫颈环扎手术的手术时间，患者的妊娠的结果等情况。结果 宫颈环扎前，后的宫颈的长度的比较，选取的患者在环扎前的宫颈的平均的长度为4.0 cm，经过阴道宫颈环扎后宫颈的平均的长度为4.7 cm。有31例患者在孕周为35～38周之间实行剖宫产手术，有6例患者在怀孕的孕周的29～37周实行去除环扎手术的缝合线并进行顺产；有9例患者在怀孕的孕周的22～26周流产。结论 对孕期出现宫颈功能不全的患者实行阴道阴道宫颈环扎手术，可以有效的改善患者的妊娠结局，增加患者的孕周以及胎儿的成活率。阴道宫颈环扎手术的操作较简单，并且效果良好，具有重要的价值，值得临床推广。
