[摘要] 目的 研究缺血性肠炎临床诊疗的进展。方法 方便选取该院2015年5月—2017年3月间消化内科收治的缺血性肠炎患者61例，依据病因分类、病例特点的差异，判断患者临床诊疗效果。结果 临床诊疗有效为98.36%。结论缺血性肠炎因早期临床症状特异性的不足，诊断难度较高，易误诊，临床医师应高度警惕。

 [Abstract] Objective To research the progress of clinical diagnosis and treatment effect of ischemic colitis.
