[摘要] 目的 評价羟考酮对乳腺癌改良根治术围术期细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 方便选取山西博爱医院2014年5月—2017年2月全麻乳腺癌改良根治术女性患者146例，ASA0.05)； 结论 羟考酮可保护乳腺癌改良根治术围术期的细胞免疫功能，减轻炎症反应，有利于患者康复。
