[摘要] 目的 探讨交叉配血中疑难血型的处理方案。方法 选取该站2014年9月—2016年11月收到各地区医疗机构送检的未定型及正反不相符的疑难血型标本230份为研究对象。使用疑难血型三步分析法鉴定ABO正反定型不一的原因。结果 人为原因导致39例(16.96%)，治疗因素及疾病本身导致191例(83.04%)。结论 应用三步分析法对ABO疑难血型进行处理分析，能有效快速的对疑难血型进行鉴定，保障输血安全，值得推广。
