[摘要] 目的 探讨出血性疾病进行诊断与疗效，为临床的诊断与治疗工作提供有价值参考。方法 方便选取2015年1月—2016年9月进入该院的出血性疾病患者100例，采取临床方法进行诊断并采取针对性治疗，分析诊断与治疗结果。结果 分析100例患者疾病诊断情况，过敏性紫癜39例(39.0%)，其次是原发性血小板减少性紫癜35例(35.0%)、血友病21例(21.0%)、播散性血管内凝血5例(5.0%)。分析100例患者出血部位情况，其中皮肤出血例数最多60例(60.0%)，其次是关节出血32例(32.0%)、浆膜腔出血25例(25.0%)、牙龈出血15例(15.0%)、眼底出血12例(12.0%)、内脏出血9例(9.0%)。结论 临床中针对出血性疾病需要进行全面的实验室检查并采取积极有效的治疗措施，有效提高患者治疗效果。
