[摘要] 残胃癌(GSC)是一种无论是良性还是恶性病变进行胃大部分切除术后引起的恶性肿瘤。由于残胃癌发现时分期较晚，导致残胃癌的高病死率。在该文中介绍了目前关于残胃癌的研究进展及一些新颖的观点。

 [Abstract] GSC refers to the malignant tumor caused by the subtotal gastrectomy for benign lesions and malignant lesions， the death rate is high because the staging of gastric stump carcinoma is discovered late.
