[摘要] 目的 探究CT影像诊断在临床医学中的应用价值。 方法 回顾性分析该院2015年1月—2016年1月诊治的55例结肠癌患者的临床资料，对照术前CT检查、复发CT检查与病理诊断结果。 结果 55例患者均得到病理证实，术前和术后复发CT影像诊断准确率分别为85.5%、88.2%，与病理诊断结果比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CT影像诊断的准确度较高，临床应用价值值得肯定。
