[摘要] 目的 二氧化锆全瓷冠修复技术运用于口腔前牙修复取得临床美学效果。 方法 便利选取该院于2010年1月—2015年12月期间收治的48例行前牙美学修复患者，将其纳入此研究中，进行二氧化锆全瓷冠修复。修复后进行疗效评估，随访观察1～3年。 结果 修复后45例患者对修复效果满意，牙列恢复美观，形态与颜面协调，患者满意度经计算后为100%。结论 进行前牙美学修复时通过适应症的选择，精心美学修复前的准备，标准化的基牙预备，全瓷材料的选择，均为关键因素。
