[摘要] 目的 分析布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗儿童喘息性支气管炎的效果。 方法 便利抽取该院于2016年7月—2017年12月103例喘息性支气管炎住院患儿为研究对象。根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组实施常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上加用布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗。 结果 观察组总有效率96.43%，高于对照组85.11%(χ2=5.06，P0.05)。结论 布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗用于儿童喘息性支气管炎，疗效显著，安全性高。
