[摘要] 为评估Eph受体家族在肺癌中作用机制，及其作为肺癌治疗靶点的可能，该文结合各学者的研究成果，及本身的临床经验，阐述了肺癌的症状及其危害，并分析了Eph受体家族的表达特征。基于此，重点从血管生成、细胞生长，以及肿瘤迁移3个方面，探讨了Eph受体家族对肺癌的影响，并对Eph受体家族作为疾病治疗靶点的可能性进行了分析，仅供相关人员参考。
