[摘要] 目的 探讨微血管减压术(MVD)治疗原发性三叉神经痛的手术技巧及临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2008年10月—2017年12月应用MVD治疗原发性三叉神经痛1 126例的临床资料，对其疗效进行分析。结果 术后疼痛立即消失1 040例(92.4%)；疼痛大部分缓解32例(2.8%)；症状减轻36例(3.2%)；无效18例(1.6%)。术后随访2个月～10年，88例患者7个月～6年复发(7.8%)，予以射频治疗或再次微血管减压术后疼痛消失。结论 MVD治疗原发性三叉神经痛安全有效、创伤小、并发症少、复发率低，是目前治疗原发性三叉神经痛的首选方法。

 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the surgical technique and clinical efficacy of microvascular decompression (MVD) in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia.
