[摘要] 目的 探究對面部激素依赖性皮炎患者应用舒敏之星联合红光治疗的临床疗效。 方法 该次研究方便选取自2017年1—12月间在该院接受治疗的77例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者，依照患者应用治疗方式的差异将其分为红光治疗组(n=38)和联合治疗组(n=39)，红光治疗组患者应用红光治疗，联合治疗组患者应用红光联合舒敏之星治疗，比较2组研究对象临床疗效以及复发情况。 结果 治疗前联合治疗组评分(10.06±1.83)分，红光治疗组(10.08±1.85)分，自评得分差异无统计学意义(t=0.047 7，P=0.962 1)，治疗后联合治疗组患者自评得分明显低于红光治疗组，差异有统计学意义(t=2.676 3，P=0.009 1)。2组患者治疗前医生评估得分差异无统计学意义(t=0.161 2，P=0.872 4)，治疗后联合治疗组患者医生评估得分明显低于红光治疗组，差异有统计学意义(t=2.344 3，P=0.021 7)。联合治疗组复发率为2.56%，红光治疗组复发率为7.89%，联合治疗组复发率明显低于红光治疗组，差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.110 5，P=0.291 9)。 结论 对面部激素依赖性皮炎患者应用舒敏之星联合红光治疗能够显著改善患者临床症状并抑制复发率。

 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shumin Star combined with red light therapy in patients with facial hormone-dependent dermatitis. Methods 77 patients with facial hormone-dependent dermatitis who were treated in the hospital from January to December 2017 were randomly selected and enrolled. The patients were divided into red light treatment groups according to the difference in treatment methods (n=38) and the combination therapy group (n=39)， the red light treatment group was treated with red light therapy， and the combined treatment group was treated with red light combined with Shumin Star. The clinical efficacy and recurrence of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of the combined treatment group before treatment (10.06±1.83)points and the red light treatment group (10.08±1.85)points were not statistically significant (t=0.047 7， P=0.962 1). The self-evaluation scores of the patients in the combined treatment group after treatment， significantly lower than the red light treatment group， the difference was statistically significant (t=2.676 3， P=0.009 1). There was no significant difference in the scores of the pre-treatment doctors between the two groups (t=0.161 2， P=0.872 4). The scores of the doctors in the combined treatment group were significantly lower than those in the red-light treatment group， and the difference was statistically significant (t=2.344 3， P=0.021 7). The recurrence rate was 2.56% in the combined treatment group and 7.89% in the red light treatment group. The recurrence rate in the combined treatment group was significantly lower than that in the red light treatment group (χ2=1.110 5， P=0.291 9).
