[摘要] 目的 探讨分析多索茶碱联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法 方便选取2013年1月—2015年12月在该院收治的支气管哮喘住院患者78例，随机分成两组，对对照組、研究组患者分别应用常规氨茶碱和多索茶碱联合布地奈德进行治疗，两组疗程均为2周，对比两组患者治疗效果。 结果 患者治疗结果方面，研究组治疗效果有效率为82.1%，对照组治疗效果为56.4%，研究组治疗效果明显优于对照组(χ2=6.363， P0.05)。结论 对支气管哮喘患者进行多索茶碱联合布地奈德治疗效果比茶碱或氨茶碱比较起效快，有效改善患者的呼吸功能，减少患者的临床症状，依从性高且不良反应少，安全性高，具有临床应用价值，值得进一步推广。
