[摘要] 目的 分析头皮扩张皮瓣移植联合光子脱毛修复额部大面积瘢痕效果。 方法 方便选取该院60例额部大面积瘢痕患者，于2014年5月—2017年6月期间对其采用头皮扩张皮瓣移植联合光子脱毛修复治疗，后分析治疗效果。 结果 60例额部大面积瘢痕患者一期手术扩张时间为8～13周，平均时间(10.56±1.01)周，注水总量为310～450 mL，平均量(380.23±1.02)mL，扩张过程中未发生并发症。 结论 头皮扩张皮瓣移植联合光子脱毛修复额部大面积瘢痕效果显著，且具有较高的安全性，值得在临床上大力推广与探究。
