[摘要] 目的 探讨应用超声引导一针四点法对手术患者实施腋路臂丛神经阻滞的有效性。方法 方便选取2016年11月—2017年11月间将在该院接受手术治疗、需要行腋路臂丛神经阻滞的78例患者，随机分为超声组和对照组，应用传统穿刺方法对对照组患者实施腋路臂丛神经阻滞，应用超声引导一针四点法对超声组患者实施腋路臂丛神经阻滞。结果 超声组感觉神经阻滞起效时间、运动神经阻滞起效时间均较对照组早(P0.05)。 结论 应用超声引导一针四点法对手术患者实施腋路臂丛神经阻滞，能够进一步改善患者的麻醉效果，减少麻醉风险事件的发生。
