[摘要] 目的 探讨宫腔镜联合B超清除胚胎组织残留分析。方法 方便选取2015年1月—2017年1月该院门诊收治的药物、人工或自然流产致宫腔内胚胎组织残留87例，手术前服用米非司酮，所有病例均在宫腔镜联合B超下清宫。 结果 全部病例1次治疗成功，无一例并发症。结论 宫腔镜联合B超清除宫腔内残留组织安全，有效。

 [Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate hysteroscopic combined with B-ultrasonography to remove residual embryonic tissue. Methods 87 cases of intrauterine embryonic tissue residues caused by drugs， artificial or spontaneous abortions from January 2015 to January 2017 in this hospital were convenient selected. Mifepristone was taken before surgery. All cases were under hysteroscopy combined with B ultrasound. Results One case was successfully treated in all cases without complications. Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with B-ultrasonography to remove intrauterine residual tissue is safe and effective.
