[摘要] 目的 分析比阿培南治疗中重症细菌性感染的临床疗效。方法 随机抽选2015年1月—2018年1月间该院接收治疗的80例重症细菌性感染患者，以随机法分组：40例予以比阿培南治疗的为治疗组，40例予以美罗培南治疗的为对照组，对比2组临床疗效。结果 治疗后，40例治疗组有效率90.00%、细菌消除率90.10%，与40例对照组的87.50%(χ2=0.125；P=0.723)、88.46%(χ2=0.853；P=0.356)相比，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；对照组中8例发生不良反应症状，而治疗组中仅2例发生(χ2=4.114；P=0.043)。结论 重症细菌性感染患者治疗期间选比阿培南、美罗培南展开治疗，两种方法疗效相当，但比阿培南应用起来安全性要更高，值得推广。
