[摘要] 目的 将低分子肝素应用于存在颅内静脉窦血栓的患者治疗中，探讨其应用效果。方法 方便选取2014年1月—2017年1月该院收治且笔者参与治疗的50例存在颅内静脉窦血栓的患者作为研究样本，依据用药不同分两组，常规治疗方法予以参照组25例患者，常规治疗方法联合低分子肝素予以实验组25例患者，观察两组患者的总有效合计数值、不良反应合计数值，统计两组患者治疗前后的改良Rankin量表评分数值。结果 实验组患者的总有效合计数值96.00%参比参照组患者数值64.00%，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 存在颅内静脉窦血栓的患者采取低分子肝素展示良好应用效果，具备推广价值。

 Analysis of Application Effect of Low Molecular Heparin in Treatment of Thrombosis of Intracranial Venous Sinus

 [Abstract] Objective To study the application effect of low molecular heparin in treatment of thrombosis of intracranial venous sinus. Methods 50 cases of patients with thrombosis of intracranial venous sinus admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were convenient selected and divided into two groups with 25 cases in each according to different medication， the control group used the routine therapy， while the experimental group used the routine therapy and low molecular heparin， and the total effective rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and the modified Rankin scale scores before and after treatment of the two groups were counted. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(96.00% vs 64.00%)， and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion The application effect of low molecular heparin in treatment of thrombosis of intracranial venous sinus is good， which is worth promotion.

 顱内静脉窦血栓属于比较特殊的脑血管疾病，如果患者没有得到及时有效的临床治疗，预后不良，死亡风险高。所以，对于确诊存在颅内静脉窦血栓的患者，需对其实施及时的抗凝相关治疗。低分子肝素主要应用于脑梗死患者以及存在深静脉血栓的患者的临床治疗中，将其用于颅内静脉窦血栓的治疗中有关研究文献相对比较少[1]。笔者研究目标是2014年1月—2017年1月该院治疗的50例存在颅内静脉窦血栓的患者，探析将低分子肝素应用于治疗颅内静脉窦血栓的效果和价值，现报道如下。, 百拇医药(王若怡) 第 1 2 页 下一页
