[摘要] 脑室出血(intravenous hemorrhage，IVH)为临床常见的危急疾病，具有较高的发生率，且多预后较差。脑积水作为脑室出血后的主要并发症，具有较高的致残、致死率，而其形成的原因则是多方面的。该文就IVH后形成脑积水的多种因素的研究进展做一综述。

 [Abstract] Intravenous hemorrhage (IVH) is a common clinical disease with high incidence and poor prognosis. Hydrocephalus， as the main complication after intraventricular hemorrhage， has high disability and fatality rate， and its formation is caused by many factors. Here this paper tries to review recent the formation factors for hydrocephalus after intraventricular hemorrhage.
