 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the surgical treatment effect of elderly patients with hip fracture and to observe the occurrence of contralateral hip re-fracture after operation. Methods 94 elderly patients with hip fracture treated in the hospital from March 2018 to January 2019 were convenienty selected and divided into observation group (surgical treatment) and control group (conservative treatment)， 47 cases in each group， and the postoperative recovery of the two groups was observed.  髖部骨折是一种严重的骨伤，患者的股骨颈、骨盆以及股骨头等部位受损，股骨近端血运受到影响，并伴随有肌肉和软组织损伤。在发生髋部骨折后，由于髋关节活动受限，患者无法正常行走[1]。而在老年患者的治疗恢复期间，受到骨质疏松的影响，骨组织结构强度较低，发生对侧髋骨再骨折的风险较高，会在一定程度上增加治疗难度。在老年髋部骨折的临床治疗中，一般采取保守治疗或关节置换术进行治疗。而在术治疗恢复期间，需要警惕对侧髋骨再骨折的发生风险，采取有效的预防措施，以保障临床治疗的安全性，改善患者的预后[2]。该研究便利选取该院2018年3月—2019年1月期间收治的94例老年髋部骨折患者作为研究对象，观察手术治疗期间的对侧髋骨再骨折发生情况，现报道如下。, 百拇医药(喻鹏) 第 1 2 页 下一页
