 [Abstract] Objective Patients with distal radius fractures were treated with trauma pain care to understand the effect of the nursing method on patients. Methods A total of 76 patients with distal radius fractures who were admitted to the hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were convenient selected and enrolled. After admission， patients were randomLy divided into groups， and the indexes of time of getting out of bed， average length of stay， and fracture recovery time were compared between the control group and the observation group. The nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups was compared.
