[摘要] 目的 探討中医护理干预在针对危重症患者肠内营养支持方面的作用与价值。方法 方便选取该院2017年1月—2018年1月期间收治的危重症患者共计50例，其中根据中医护理干预前后划分为对照组与观察组，各25例，其中针对对照组患者采取常规基础护理，针对观察组患者则在常规护理基础上采取针对性较强的中医护理。并分别对比两组患者并发症发病率以及各项生理指标。 结果 通过研究对比发现，观察组患者并发症发病率(4%)低于对照组患者并发症发病率(28%)，差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.122，P, http://www.100md.com

 [Abstract] Objective To explore the role and value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in the treatment of enteral nutrition in critically ill patients. Methods Convenient selected a total of 50 critically ill patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled. Among them， 25 were in the control group and the observation group according to the Chinese medicine nursing intervention， and the routine basic nursing was adopted for the control group. For the observation group， patients with strong traditional Chinese medicine were taken on the basis of routine nursing. The incidence of complications and various physiological indicators were compared between the two groups.
