 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing during transurethral resection of prostate in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Convenient selected a total of 180 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to the hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled. All patients underwent transurethral resection of the prostate. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group， 90 cases in each group. During the operation， routine nursing was given， and the observation group was given high quality nursing intervention during the perioperative period to compare the nursing effects of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of nursing was higher in the observation group (95.56%) than in the control group (72.22%).
