[摘要] 目的 探討腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术在腹股沟疝治疗中的效果。方法 方便收集2016年7月—2018年7月该院收治的腹股沟疝患者74例，随机分为对照组和试验组，每组各37例，试验组采用腹腔镜无张力腹股沟疝修补术，包括腹腔镜下经腹腹膜前疝修补术(TAPP)和腹腔镜下全腹膜外疝修补术(TEP)，对照组采用开放无张力疝修补术(李金斯坦无张力疝修补术)，分析两组的手术时间、住院时间、手术中出血量、治疗效果、并发症和复发率。结果 试验组手术时间、手术中出血量与对照组相近，而住院时间(3.02±1.03)d、阴囊积液2.70%、伤口出血2.70%以及局部异物2.70%，伤口感染0.00%等并发症均比对照组低，结果有统计学意义(t=9.464，χ2=6.773，P, http://www.100md.com

 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in the treatment of inguinal hernia. Methods Seventy-four patients with inguinal hernia admitted to the hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were convenient selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group， with 37 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with laparoscopic tension-free inguinal hernia repair， including Laparoscopic transperitoneal anterior hernia repair (TAPP) and laparoscopic total extraperitoneal hernia repair (TEP)， control group with open tension-free hernia repair (Lijinstein tension-free hernia repair)， analysis of two groups of the operation time， hospitalization time， the amount of bleeding during surgery， treatment effect， complications and recurrence rate. Results The time of operation and the amount of bleeding in the operation were similar to those in the control group， while the time of hospitalization(3.02±1.03)d postoperative pain， The complications such as 2.70 % of scrotum effusion， 2.70 % of wound bleeding， 2.70 % of local foreign matter， and 0.00 % of wound infection were all lower than those of the control group.
