[摘要] 目的 研究体检人群中高血压与血脂异常的关系。方法 方便选取2017年10月—2018年10月于该院行健康体检的240名人员，按照血压水平的差异，分为异常组和普通组，每组120名。对两组人员的血脂水平进行对比，分析高血压与血脂异常的关系，包括总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、血浆粘度5个指标。 结果 异常组人员的总胆固醇水平为(5.23±0.43)mmol/L、甘油三酯水平为(2.11±0.23)mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白水平为(3.70±0.23)mmol/L、血浆粘度水平为(3.92±0.31)mPa·s、高密度脂蛋白水平为(0.71±0.03)mmol/L，普通组人员的总胆固醇水平为(3.71±0.25)mmol/L、甘油三酯水平为(0.94±0.21)mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白水平为(1.92±0.11)mmol/L、血浆粘度水平为(1.02±0.08)mPa·s、高密度脂蛋白水平为(1.68±0.15)mmol/L，组间各指标差异有统计学意义(t=5.212、3.403、3.996、5.977、2.981，P, 百拇医药

 [Abstract] Objective To study the relationship between hypertension and dyslipidemia in physical examination population. Methods A total of 240 patients who underwent a physical examination in the hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were divided into abnormal group and general group according to the difference of blood pressure levels， with 120 cases in each group. The blood lipid levels of the two groups were compared to analyze the relationship between hypertension and dyslipidemia， including total cholesterol， triglyceride， low density lipoprotein， high density lipoprotein， and plasma viscosity. Results The total cholesterol level of the abnormal group was (5.23±0.43) mmol/L， the triglyceride level was (2.11±0.23) mmol/L， the low-density lipoprotein level was (3.70±0.23) mmol/L， and the plasma viscosity level was (3.92±0.31)mPa·s， high-density lipoprotein level was (0.71±0.03) mmol/L， the total cholesterol level of the general group was (3.71±0.25) mmol/L， and the triglyceride level was (0.94±0.21) mmol/L， low-density lipoprotein level was (1.92±0.11) mmol/L， plasma viscosity level was (1.02±0.08)mPa·s， and high-density lipoprotein level was (1.68±0.15) mmol/L.
