[摘要] 目的 探討路径化健康教育在糖尿病临床护理中的应用及其安全性。方法 方便选取该院2016年1—8月份之间118例糖尿病患者临床护理中的应用和安全性进行回顾性解析,根据护理方式的不同分为两组,对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用路径化健康教育护理。比较两组患者知识掌握率、依从性治疗、抑郁焦虑情绪变化情况。 结果 研究组健康知识总掌握率96.6%显然高于对照组患者74.5%(χ2=4.935,P0.05),研究组干预后SDS(54.3±4.2)分和SAS评分(53.9±5.4)分低于对照组[(65.3±6.4)分、(62.3±6.2)分](t=10.374、11.225,P, 百拇医药

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application and safety of pathological health education in clinical nursing of diabetes. Methods Convenient selected the clinical application and safety of 118 patients with diabetes in our hospital from January to August 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. The control group applied routine nursing and the research group applied the path health education and nursing. The knowledge acquisition rate, compliance treatment, and depression and anxiety changes in the two groups were compared. Results The total mastery rate of health knowledge in the study group was 96.6%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group 74.5%(χ2=4.935, P0.05).
