[摘要] 目的 探究慢性腎衰患者血透并发心律失常的诱发因素及临床疗效分析。方法 便利选取2017年1月—2018年1月该院泌尿外科收治的50例慢性肾衰竭患者为研究对象，其中男性26例，女性24例，就不同年龄段患者血透心律失常发生率比较及患者临床疗效做出分析。结果 不同年龄段患者血透心律失常发生率比较中，>50岁患者的血透心律失常发生次数要明显高于其他年龄段。该年龄段内的患者血透心律失常发生率为37.36%，显著高于其他年龄段患者血透心律失常发生率，差异有统计学意义(P, 百拇医药

 Inducing Factors and Therapeutic Effect of Hemodialysis Complicated with Arrhythmia in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the predisposing factors and clinical efficacy of hemodialysis complicated with arrhythmia in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods A total of 50 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were convenient selected and enrolled. Among them， 26 were male and 24 were female. The incidence of hemorrhagic arrhythmia and patients in different age groups were compared. Analysis of clinical efficacy. Results In the comparison of the incidence of hemorrhagic arrhythmia in patients of different ages， the number of hemorrhagic arrhythmias in patients >50 years old was significantly higher than that in other age groups.
