[摘要] 目的 分析腹腔镜下高选择性曲张静脉结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张的临床效果。方法 方便选取该院在2017年9月—2018年5月期间收治的90例精索静脉曲张患者作为该次的研究对象，对其病例资料进行回顾性分析，依据手术方式的不同进行分组，一组给与腹腔镜下高选择性曲张静脉结扎术，为实验组，一组给与显微镜下低位精索静脉结扎术，为常规组，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 实验组患者手术时间为(60.4±6.4)min，手术费用为(16 453.5±474.5)元，住院时间为(3.3±2.3)d，其中手术时间较常规组更短(t=21.641 3，P0.05);实验组患者术后6个月精子浓度、a+b级精子百分率与常规组比较差异无统计学意义(t=1.805 2、1.446 3，P>0.05);实验组患者复发率为13.33%(6例)，高于常规组的2.22%(1例)(χ2=3.872 6，P0.05).
