[摘要] 目的 探討急性重症脑外伤患者行优质护理模式后对其术后康复日常生活能力的影响。 方法 方便选取该院于2016年2月—2018年4月收治的急性重症脑外伤患者80例，以随机数字表法的形式将其平均分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对比两组患者护理后的家属满意度指标、NIHSS评分情况、Barthel指数评分、脑外伤临床神经功能评分。 结果 家属满意度对比，观察组总满意度90.0%高于对照组72.5%，两组对比差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.020 5， P0.05);护理后两组NIHSS评分、脑外伤临床神经功能评分较比护理前均有一定程度改善，Barthel指数评分对比有所提高，比较差异有统计学意义(P, 百拇医药

 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing mode on patients with acute severe traumatic brain injury after their postoperative rehabilitation. Methods Eighty patients with acute severe traumatic brain injury admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to April 2018 were convenient randomly divided into observation group and control group in the form of random number table， with 40 cases in each group. The family satisfaction index， NIHSS score， Barthel index score， and clinical neurological score of brain trauma were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the satisfaction of family members， the total satisfaction of the observation group was 90.0% higher than that of the control group (72.5%). The difference between the two groups was significant(χ2=4.020 5， P0.05).
