[摘要] 目的 探讨单孔胸腔镜手术对纵隔肿瘤的临床疗效和安全性。 方法 方便选取2016年8月—2018年7月该院收治的80例纵膈肿瘤患者，按随机数字表法分为A组(40例)和B组(40例)，A组采取三孔胸腔镜手术治疗，B组采取单孔胸腔镜手术治疗，并比较不同组患者临床疗效。结果 A组和B组患者术前患者生活质量比较以及白介素-1(IL-1)、白介素-6(IL-6)和降钙素(PCT)等疼痛应激指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，B组患者治疗后患者生活质量比较以及IL-1、IL-6和PCT等疼痛应激指标水平明显低于A组，差异有统计学意义(P, 百拇医药

 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of single-hole thoracoscopic surgery for mediastinal tumors. Methods Eighty patients with mediastinal tumor admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to July 2018 were convenient selected and randomly divided into group A (40 cases) and group B (40 cases). Group A was treated with three-hole thoracoscopic surgery. Group B was treated with single-hole thoracoscopic surgery， and the clinical efficacy of different groups of patients was compared.
