[摘要] 目的 研究低分子肝素治療复发性流产患者血管相关因子表达。方法 2017年6月—2018年8月间方便选择复发性流产患者作为该次研究对象，并采用“电脑随机法”将100例复发性流产患者进行分组，主要包括两组，其中观察组、实施低分子肝素治疗;对照组、实施传统保胎治疗，分析两组治疗效果、血管相关因子表达以及不良反应情况。结果 观察组复发性流产患者治疗总有效率高于对照组，两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.714，P, 百拇医药  [关键词] 低分子肝素;治疗;复发性流产;血管相关因子表达

 [Abstract] Objective To study the expression of vascular related factors in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion treated with low molecular weight heparin. Methods From June 2017 to August 2018 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion were convenient selected as the study patients or subjects. 100 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion were divided into two groups， including the observation group and low molecular weight heparin treatment. The traditional treatment of fetal miscarriage was carried out， and the therapeutic effects， the expression of vascular related factors and the adverse reactions were analyzed.
